Set the scene
- A few blocks with different shapes
Works beautifully with: Any building set / Laguna.
An invitation to play
- Choose one shape and notice its features together: curved edges, straight sides, or corners.
- Find another piece that shares something with it. Explain what makes the pieces alike.
- Look around the room for everyday objects with a similar outline.
A LITTLE QUESTION TO OPEN THINGS UP
“What can you find that has a curve like this one?”
Let it grow
Sort the pieces in a new way: by number of corners, curved edges, or what can stand upright.
Follow the age guidance on your product packaging. Use only age-appropriate pieces and supervise play. Keep small parts away from children under 3.
