  • To adjust or cancel your order please email us at hello@maisonruekid.com and be sure to include your order #. Please note we cannot cancel or adjust orders once a shipping label is created.

  • All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. During holiday season or flash sales delays of up to 10 business days in dispatch may occur. Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number and confirmation via email. If you need your product urgently we suggest upgrading your shipping to express. You can always contact us with specific requests or if you have any questions on when your order will dispatch.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout and based on the shipping destination. Customers have the option to pick their shipping carrier and speed at checkout. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $75.

  • The time it takes to receive your order will depend on the shipping method and carrier. Please note we ship all orders from Los Angeles, California. We use economy shipping on standard orders which takes 1-2 business days for orders within California and up to 3-8 business days for domestic orders throughout the US.   • Oh no! We're sorry to hear that. You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch of your order. Please use this tracking number to keep track of your package during shipping. If your package is marked as delivered please reach out to us with your order number and the tracking number so that we can better assist you hello@maisonruekid.com

  • We understand sometimes things don't work out which is why we're happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you would like to return your order please reach out to us at hello@maisonruekid.com for approval. The return window starts from the day the order is marked as delivered. Please note that we only accept returns on unused items that are in their original condition with all original packaging. We will inspect all products upon return and returns will be rejected for items that look used. The cost of the return will include the cost of the return label (if used) + $2 per order restocking fee to account for inspection and repackaging. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirming the order was refunded to the original payment method upon completion. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. The time will vary based on the credit card provider or payment method.   • For domestic orders we can provide a return label and the cost will be deducted from your total refund. If you would like to ship the return back using a carrier of your choice we will provide the return instructions for you via email.   • If you wish to exchange for another color or style and you would like to receive the new order ASAP, we suggest submitting a return for your original order and placing a new order instead. This will ensure the new items ship right away. If you would like to exchange and you are not in a rush, we will wait for the order to be received at our warehouse.   • Yes! Health and safety is our number one priority. We use third party labs to test for nasty chemicals such as BPA, Lead, Cadmium & Phthalates. We also test for physical product safety. Some examples of these tests include FDA, CSPA Cadmium, CPSIA Lead & Phthalates content, 16 CFR 1500 & 1501, BPA Content, ASTM physical and heavy metals & CA65 Phthalates.

  • Sometimes dishwashers leave white spots on silicone. These are mineral deposits that occur more often with 'hard' water. These can be removed with water and a wipe, or for more stubborn spots try rubbing the silicone with a vinegar solution or a lemon wedge. Both of these methods will bring your silicone back to brand new condition.
