Because we avoid heavy lacquers and plastic coatings, the surface may feel slightly textured or “raw” compared to mass-produced toys. To keep your wooden toys looking their best, gently wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth as needed. Avoid soaking, washing, or using harsh cleaners. Do not submerge in water or place in the dishwasher. Allow to air dry completely before storing or playing.

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $100 USD and international orders over $400 USD. For orders below these thresholds, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, and you’ll be able to select your preferred carrier and shipping method.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in original, unused condition, in their original packaging, with all parts included. Items that show signs of use, testing, washing, or wear will not be accepted.
