Shipping policy

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $80. For all other orders, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping which is calculated at checkout and based on the shipping address. Customers can pick the carrier and method of their choice. 

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. During times of sales or busy periods like the holidays your order may take anywhere from 5-10 business days to ship. We will let you know when we are experiencing delays by the announcement bar on the homepage. If you need your order by a certain date we suggest upgrading to express shipping to ensure timely delivery. 

Upon shipping your order, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please use this tracking to monitor your packages whereabouts and expected delivery. ETA's will vary based on your location and the shipping method. We ship all items from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse. 

If you think a package was stolen or is missing please reach out to the shipping carrier first to see if they can locate or track down the package. Once you have done this please reach out to us at hello@maisonruekid.com with your order number and tracking so that we can better assist you.
