Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts, gift cards, or store credits are applied) within the continental U.S.

To qualify:

• Your order subtotal must be $100 or more after all discounts, promo codes, store credits, or gift cards are applied.

• Taxes do not count toward the $100 minimum.

• Offer applies to standard shipping only.

We offer free shipping for international orders over $400 based on the same rules above. For all other orders, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping which is calculated at checkout and based on the shipping address. Customers can pick the carrier and method of their choice. 

Note: If your cart total is over $100 but drops below $100 after using a discount code or gift card, it will not qualify for free shipping.

Free shipping discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. During times of sales or busy periods like the holidays your order may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to ship. If you need your order by a certain date we suggest upgrading to express shipping to ensure timely delivery. 

Upon shipping your order, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please use this tracking to monitor your packages whereabouts and expected delivery. ETA's will vary based on your location and the shipping method. We ship all items from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse. 

If you think a package was stolen or is missing please reach out to the shipping carrier first to see if they can locate or track down the package. Once you have done this please reach out to us at hello@maisonruekid.com with your order number and tracking so that we can better assist you.
